Team Work is very important in Software Development !!!!!

Hi all , I am correct in saying that Team Work is most important thing in Software Development . The persons like software developers , team lead , project managers etc that are involved in building a software should work as a team . There are many reasons behind it . One of the reasons that i think is that one developer think about solving a problem or issue that comes up during development in many ways , but now he is unable to solve it , but if another developer helps him in solving his problem , it might works.Because they would now try to find the solution collectively and i think they would definitely find the solution and i am saying it from my experience.

We should work as a team , because unity is strength.
